I think you misunderstood. Brewster was billed to minny as a recruiter. And he turned out to be a terrible coach.
I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

I was joking about hunter. But we do need some muscle down low so we don't get pushed around. Dexter warner gave #5 a shoulder after #5 was laughing in his face at the end. That's el chapos new favorite player keep that up we call him da MARTILLO!! Hammer in spanish pronounced mar-TEE-yo for all you gringos

On a serious note, Saul has probably earned a raise. I don't know if this run was enough to really earn a move that isn't just a lateral move with more money. Take care of the money part and we don't have to worry about it.

Would like a good X and O's assistant that can get in his ear during games though if we don't already have one. If we do they need to be in his ear a little more.

I know all of the things El_Chapo wrote were in jest and hindsight, but they were all relevant. Did anyone mention those things to coach when the game was going on?

If you are looking for the eventual replacement for Saul keep in mind that you win with the quality of your recruits. You can have the best X's and 0's coach around, I'll take the best recruiter every time.
Disagree many good xs and os coaches out there id take before Calipari

My point is simply you win with players. If you are unable to get some of the top players that hill gets real steep. These are nice problems to have because you only have them when you have a level of success. This being said we need to everything possible to keep Saul, period. He has the personality to convince players to come here and it is clear watching him and the players that the guys love playing for him.

When the time comes to find a new coach, I want a relentless full court press defense and a run and gun offense. I want us to become the Runnin' Bison.

You can win occasionally with solely good players. You can win occasionally with solely good Xs and Os. You become a consistent powerhouse having both. I believe our basketball program is well on that path and has a bright future ahead.

Pray that Saul stays and christens the new SHAC. Craig Smith, a logical replacement accepted the USD job. Will be announced tomorrow.

Not sure if we can keep him but I hope GT gives Saul a big fat raise.

    Get him up to $250k.
