He seems to love it at Nebraska, they do have the best facilities in the country...Mizzou would have to pay him $2.5-3 million a year to get him or at least make him consider it. Same goes for Marshall at WSU.

Anderson's name has been out there since Haith left but the talk was it was more of an obligation to put his name on the list. The consensus was if Anderson ended up being the head coach, Mizzou completely blew this hire or hired him for one reason: he was cheap. The less you spend on the basketball coach, the more they can throw at the football program.....SEC mentality.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

It does sound like Mizzou would not pay their BB coach more than their FB coach. That automatically took a guy like Marshall out of the running.
