Exactly one would think the person has to have some proof of being able to recruit in the upper midwest and a history of coaching. Just cause you can play doesn't mean you can coach.

I'd take Kip from IPFW from this first list. He has knowledge of the league, and has roots in the recruiting area.. and he has an idea of the current roster
