What is Vigen's plan? At what point does he leave Bohl and get a P5 OC position. Or does he wait for Bohl to retire and take over Wyoming?
The entire staff is at the pinnacle. None of them will rise any higher.

Vigen is awesome and bleeds green and gold, but he doesn't strike me as having the right type of personality to be a head coach. I think if coach K ever left, we have candidates on our staff already. If you want a guy with the right skill set and personality... Tim Polasek. Of course Randy Hedberg is probably the most qualified on paper but who knows if he would want to be a head coach at this stage in his career. His calling is obviously being a QB coach. One of the best ever. Actually we have several good internal candidates.

I like Tim P, but he would have to be careful not to become a Bo P. type during the games. I agree with your thoughts on who could do it.
