Wyoming has some playmakers on both offense and defense that they were missing last year. Or that fact they have more of them, makes for more plays. Granderson on the DL is disruptive. Wingate or Winguard, the safety plays the role of Colton Heagle.

Offense, Hill, Allen and Gentry are all good players. The Oline is big, just young.

Give him another year and you are looking at 9 wins.
P5 come knocking at that point?

You wouldn't think so, would you?

What is Vigen's plan? At what point does he leave Bohl and get a P5 OC position. Or does he wait for Bohl to retire and take over Wyoming?

I've also wondered if Coach K left, if NDSU would have him high on their radar screen. However, he hitched his cart to Bohl, so he may just be thinking he goes with Bohl wherever.

KU might be on the table. He's proven he can recruit here and it's gotta be easier than Wyoming. He has Big 12 ties.

KU would be an outstanding landing spot for Bohl; I still think he missed the boat on Iowa St as I think he could have won there.

Vigen won't be back here. I seriously doubt he will be looked at by any other HC's unless there are some ties there.

Gophers might be in play again......

Isn't age starting to be a factor for Bohl?

KU would be a horrible fit for Bohl and why would anyone want to try and rebuild 3 programs in a row. At least at NDSU there was tradition, there isn't much to go on at Wyo or KU. KU needs to go all in on Briles. Ya, there is the slime factor but good guys don't always win and people tend to forget your past if you win. (See Petrino, Bobby.) Plus, K-State has the market established as "the tough" program in state. A new identity would go a long ways for them.

If Bohl is smart, and is as good of a coach as we think he is, he should stay and build Wyoming into an annual contender. He should eventually retire there, keep the retirement ranch he has and enjoy the fruits of his efforts. He could pull an Alvarez or Osbourne and do a stint as the AD as well.

Ku would be an awesome fit. Problem is he's off to a slower start than Joe Glenn who got fired. He has 1 quality win. 2 if you count a 1 win Northern Illinois

Cupboard might have been a bit thinner for Bohl when he started. Wyoming plays about 7 seniors. A majority of the starters are freshman and sophomores. The NIU and CSU games they lose last year. This year, both came back from 11 down and win. Nebraska name is 35 point deficit at halftime, versus the 4th quarter blow out.

Eastern Michigan seemed like a really bad loss 10 days, probably still should have won. Strange game. 2 defensive touchdowns, the protest covered live and post game. A couple of first downs and they win the game.
