I just read a little older Denver Post article on Coach Bohl that quotes him saying he forged a relationship with the Wyoming football players by telling them "Those who stay will be champions". I believe that phrase was coined years and years ago at NDSU......not by Bohl......is that correct?

The cupboard was bare and hhe was left with the shitty reject players Babich recruited like Joe Mays, Steve Walker, Craig Dahl, Rob Hunt, Kyle Steffes, Drago, Frick, Marquis Johnson, Majeski, Burrell, Travis White , and 5 future staples on the oline. And it was being used here before I stepped on campus in the mid-80's.

My favorite quote used by NDSU athletics is the one in the weightroom that states: "Your competition got stronger today. Did you?". That was a motivator for me for whatever reason.
