    5' 9" maybe. 5' 8" probably more accurate.

Half German, 1/4 Irish, not sure about the rest....some other Euro trash.

English, Eastern European and Indian. 6' 5", 315 pounds, and I could still play for Wyoming or UND. I hear that they will offer anyone.

People in the Midwest are taller. It's a fact that Scandinavian countries and parts of Europe (England, Germany, and Russia)are the tallest in the world. Asian and Middle Eastern People are shorter. Probably has something to do with cultural diets. People in the Midwest consume more meat and dairy where they consume fish and rice. And the people who immigrated here came from the same culture and we can't deny that most people in the Dakota's, Minnesota, and Wisconsin come from those cultures

They may offer, but i would bet you'd take an offer from Mayville first

economic historian robert fogel's done some interesting research on the relationship between wealth height and wellbeing.

The dutch are the tallest people on earth, but others are gaining quickly. Europeans/Americans have essentially closed the gap. And 'short' races are gaining quickly.
Many thousands are in want of common necessaries; hundreds of thousands are in want of common comforts, sir."
Scrooge-"Are there no prisons?". "Plenty of prisons..."
Scrooge-"And the Union workhouses." . "Are they still in operation?". "Both very busy, sir..."
"Those who are badly off must go there."
"Many can't go there; and many would rather die."
Scrooge- "If they would rather die," "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."

The diet of the "short" races has changed. When I was 14 in Japan I could stand in the back of a packed railway car and see all the way to the front. Also, several polite inquires were made asking if I was an adult or a child. Before someone jumps all over the thread drift, it applies to Wyoming, they are always coming up short.

American height kind of peaked 20 years ago but it proabably has something to do with the liberal Tofu eating motherfucker movement. Us midwest folks eat real man food! Cows. Deer. Pigs. Pretty much anything with 4 legs that moves and weights more than us. Other parts of the US drink carbonated flavored bottled water. We drink milk and water from a garden hose.

My Mother had an Uncle (Uncle Adolf) who was 6'8" and weighed 300+ lbs. She would always talk about his feats of strength, he was born in the 1890's. He was the local freakshow in a small Nebraska farming community. He died from Leukemia at a fairly young age.
