According to Bismarck High website, Tharaldsen tossed the shot put 60'4" in 2014. Not sure what meet.

I'm telling you this kid is an athlete. Still cant believe a kid can win the state shot put and make all state at WR. I wonder if that has ever been done before in any state at any division?
I haven't seen the state indoor results.

Champlin Park must have high expectations for this year. Several players on our radar.

Trying my best to add the upper level guys first. Looking through Rivals and scout of some ofthe others that arent showing interest from states like MN, WI and NE and there are some impressive athletes. Also will be fun to start putting the Missouri kids up. They have Cain working the central and east side of the state and Riley hitting Kansas City and other cities on the east side.

Here's a article on Jon Tharaldsen from the Bismarck Tribune. Also mentions Stanley Jones.

Darn, was hoping this verbal was from a bruin - to be a - bison

But both Fargo South Bruins Ty Brooks and James Johannesson were mentioned on the first page.
Speaking of Johannesson, he was first in the EDC Indoor Track 60M yesterday - 7.18
    3rd place in the 200M at 23.11

    http://www.inforum.com/event/article.../group/Sports/

Last weekend he won the ND State Class A Indoor Track 60M in 7.13
    2nd place in the 200M at 23.04

Gotta love a 6' 2" 210lbs RB with such wheels. Whichever sport he chooses to pursue after high school,
    wow, whatta prospect!
