Alex Wilde - WR - Brandon Valley SD - (2015 interest)
Named to Argus Leader Elite 45 Football Team:

Perhaps the state's most prolific receiver, Wilde's play helped the Lynx reach the state Class 11AAA semifinals.

Wilde caught 60 passes for 1,009 yards and 10 touchdowns this season. He had a monster game to open the season: 17 catches for 257 yards and four touchdowns in a 42-34 loss to Roosevelt. The 17 catches is a state 11-man record. He also had seven more catches for 107 yards in a playoff loss to RHS. In his career, he caught 88 passes for 1,530 yards.

"Alex had a great career as a Lynx," said Coach Chad Garrow. "He is a very versatile player who has played four different positions for us throughout the year."
Also named to the Argus Leader Elite 45:

    Brody Grantham - QB/LB - Hamlin - (2015 interest)

    Brody Grantham, QB-LB, Hamlin

A repeater on the Elite team, Grantham powered the unbeaten Chargers to the Class 9B title.

He rushed 176 times for 1,833 yards and 34 touchdowns and passed for 810 yards and 13 scores. On defense, he had 112 tackles, 13 tackles for loss and six forced fumbles.

In his career, he rushed for 3,454 yards and 61 TDs, passed for 2,342 yards and 32 scores and had 282 tackles (46 for loss) and 11 forced fumbles.

"Brody is a true leader and a very hard worker," said Coach Jeff Sheehan. "He will go on and be a great player at the next level."
Jake Comeaux - QB - Brandon Valley - (2015 interest)

Another in a line of quality Lynx quarterbacks, Comeaux passed for 2,154 yards and 24 touchdowns as Brandon Valley reached the Class 11AAA semifinals.

He completed 180 of 274 passes and had a stretch of 175 passes without an interception. He also rushed 120 times for 526 yards and six TDs.

In his career, he completed 63.7 percent of his passes, going 367-for-576 for 4,334 yards and 50 TDs.

"Jake's running ability brought our offense to a new level this year, making us more difficult to defend,'' said Coach Chad Garrow.
    Dayton Bird - WR/CB - Brookings - (2015 interest)

Behind Bird's all-around play, the Bobcats soared into the state championship game for the first time since 2001.

He rushed 39 times for 501 yards and he had 20 receptions for 254 yards. On defense, he had 48 tackles. The three-time all-ESD performer had 107 receptions and 102 tackles and returned three kickoffs for scores in his career.

"Over a three-year career, Dayton has done it all for the Bobcats,'' said Coach Lee Schmidt. "Dual threat receiver and running back, kickoff returner, punt returner and our top defensive back. Dayton has amassed 2,887 total yards during his varsity career."

Did Purifoy take his official at Wyoming?

On a side note, I also want a running back the size of Brandon Jacobs

With Bo Pelini out, Craig Bohl's name has appeared couple of times as a possible candidate.

Flomo looks pretty amazing on film. Damn kid looks like an FBS talent to me. Has super quick feet, breaks tackles, speed, damn! There's a reason he's Kare 11 All Metro
I actually like him slightly better than Johannesson and he plays at a much higher level of football. (That's not a knock on JJ either )

Surprised no one has brought this up. Jaxon Brown received a PWO offer from Minnesota. Personally I think there's a pretty good chance that he sticks with NDSU, but you never know.

Allen Trieu@AllenTrieu8 mins8 minutes agoSafety Jaxon Brown, an #NDSU commit, is "very interested" in #Minnesota's PWO offer. Has family ties to the Gophers: http://recruiting.scout.com/story/1487585
