Oregon actually gets something out of playing the Coyotes, a D1 win that counts towards bowl eligibility. FBS vs FCS games are common place, so nobody really frowns on major college programs taking on one tune up game. In FCS though, when you take a game against a team like Oregon, a probable loss, you can't then schedule an absolute non-counter game. You need to get wins that count towards the playoffs.
Trust me, I understand all of what you post. My point is that the outcome of the two games will likely be the same, only that the Yotes will be on the losing end of the Duck game by a margin equal to or greater than the William Penn game.
