Shows how serious Eastern Michigan is about their football program. Beating Saint Francis doesn't even count as a win towards bowl eligibility since they don't give enough scholarships. They could've just scheduled Ferris St and achieved the same thing.

It sure would have been nice to have played Nebraska over the past few years, they couldnt throw the ball for sht and their running game would have fit the Bison D "Like-A-GLOVE".

Let's get a game scheduled at Hawaii. I'm sure they also have a hard time getting games like we do. Frustrating we can't get an FBS game every year.

here is a question someone may be able to answer.
Sports said the next Albany and Valpo are coming to Fargo.

It costs NDSU $ 490.000 to bring those schools to Fargo.
Does NDSU get paid anything for a return if they are home and away?

Just guessing these are home only.

It depends on the contracts. Some schools write into the contracts for home and home agreements that the home team will pay the visitor money to offset the travel costs. An example of this was Michigan State & Oregon. They played a home and home in 2014 and 2015. As part of their contract, each home team paid the visitor money (I think it was $300k) to help with the cost of the travel.

However, most home and home contracts leave the cost of travel up to each team, especially at the FCS level, from what I have read.
