Full disclosure: the helmet car will be unavailable on July 20 as it will be used to transport un_ coaches and student athletes to the ND State fair.
Reasonable assumptions: the helmet car will stop en route from Grand Forks at all stop lights, train crossings, and dark parking lots at 5:00am for the requisite fire drill, keystone cops style.
Speculation: the helmet car will be driven by an employee who is actually legally able to operate a motor vehicle and to be insured while in the process of doing so. Because, you know, they check those things up there and stuff.
