Sports said the next Albany and Valpo are coming to Fargo.

It costs NDSU $ 490.000 to bring those schools to Fargo.
Does NDSU get paid anything for a return if they are home and away?

Just guessing these are home only.
They are just home games only. You don't pay for home and home.

Yup realized that possibility after I posted, but....softening attendance can really have an effect.

Yeah It’s hard to blame anyone for fact vs opinion posts at this point, when every post turns into a potential “Gotchya! FBS Move!” point...

Are you saying an FCS team for home opener with the rest being FBS competition would be a week schedule? Just to clarify.

We have to go TO East Tennessee St. first before getting a home game with them? Jesus, what are we becoming?
They should be coming to play us one and done, or twice in Fargo, and they should feel damn lucky to do so.
Going to East TN. St to play them is the equivalent of Alabama doing a home and away with New Mexico or Eastern Michigan. They'd never in a million years do an away game at a shit hole non conference team. We apparently will.

This is done in a 12 game year. We will get a home game that year on Sep 7th so we will still have 6 home games. This was also done in 2014 when we went to Weber State the year before they game here, again in a 12 game year. Also, unless you have been living under a rock the past decade; getting teams to play us has not been easy. So we will make scheduling scenarios work like that any day!!
