Seats are too small and leg room was terrible. Dont know if theyve fixed the leg room issue or not. Other than that its a nice place to watch a game.

This is an article Dom mentioned that was talked about on Kolpack & Izzo this morning, from the JMU beat writer Greg Madia. Welcome to NDSU’s neighborhood......
JMU’s difficultly scheduling games after their recent success could lead to a 2021 Week Zero game against NDSU.

White said the Dukes are booked with four non-conference contests for 2019, but are still looking for a 2020 season-opening opponent and have started exploring options for 2021 and beyond.

“We’ve had some discussions with [North Dakota State] about a Week Zero game,” White said.

If JMU were to schedule a future Week Zero game against North Dakota State, it would be in lieu of an FBS game, he said.

“We’ve met them now in the semis and championship and they’re playing Delaware [this season], but for us, we’ll entertain a Week Zero game.

From what I read there, a slightly hyped JMU game (on Twitter anyway) will probably not happen as both team are in the same boat, need home or paid games in preseason.
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If both continue having such FBS troubles, makes sense to me to do a home/home.
Perhaps only on the years they can’t get a FBS game.

“NDSU Athletic Director Matt Larsen told me Saturday, “the only time we discussed a Week Zero game was in 2016 when we ended up going with Charleston Southern. We have not had any direct conversations with JMU about a game. We’re looking at a lot of things, but nothing specifically with JMU.”

Sounds like the JMU guy was blowing smoke.

Sounds like Faison making shit up about his conversations with Taylor regarding scheduling.

What is the next scheduled game with the midget team (excuse me "little people") up north? watched a few spring interviews on the Sioux, they are so beat down in recruiting they don't even blow smoke anymore. They are about due for a 2-8 season pretty soon. If they go 0-10 the NCAA should give them their nickname back!

They're bringing in so many transfers and JUCO's I wonder what percentage of their team is made up of them?
