But, he will be around to assist coaches and players, which is what I am sure you meant.
Correct. Grant will be a "student assistant" not a grad assistant next fall. Joey Blackmore and Tyler Gefroh (I think) were student assistants this fall.

    Tyler Roehl = Unstoppable Force
    Grant Olson = Immovable Object

Hope they don't get in a squabble for some reason... could mean the end of the world. On a serious note great to have Mr. Roehl back with NDSU. Having former athletes like TR and GO on the coaching staff definitely can't hurt on the recruiting front. Passionate leaders, who are local kids that bleed Green and Yellow. I've said it on here before, I hope after next year Mr. Crockett gets a shot if it doesn't work out at the next level. With guys like that recruiting, I could see us basically naming our recruits.

I know Trey is having a great year, but in all honesty alot of it has been because of the play selection and design. In my opinion it has been the best we have had in our run so far. He has mixed in the TE's so well we can't complain about that anymore. He has mixed power with outside runs and well design passes. I don't think this is the most talented offense but when put together with great play calling it may end up the best.

Roehl may be tied for my favorite RB with Satter of all time, but he is easily becoming my favorite OC.

And for some he has basically handed it off to a fullback in Luepke .

Well this young coach is the same age as me and he has done one hell of a nice job so far. Yes they’re have been a hiccup here and there but is new to the position and is still learning. He gets an (A+) from me. Keep learning and keep growing.
