I would sign off your WiFi momentarily and see if your location gets corrected. If so, then your WiFi company is connected to a server in Winnipeg.

You can also do a speed test via Speedtest.net. It will locate the nearest server based on your WiFi company. If it gives a server in Winnipeg, that also will conclude why the tracker thinks you are in Winnipeg.

The animations from previous years were created after the fact, from screen captures taken of it over time. I hope they don't see a need to bog it down into a video that continuously recreates itself every time it's played. Good to wait until Saturday after the game to complain about lack of video.
