Some more comments about practices:
Another small school wideout who performed well Tuesday was Valdosta State's Seantavius Jones. He beat some corners on deep crosses and also beat North Dakota State cornerback Marcus Williams on a slant for a good gain.

Maybe I am overthinking this, but the wording of this sentence makes it feel more like a compliment than a burn on Williams. They started by commenting on on beating "some corners" and then singled Williams out as one of them, as if to say "If he could even beat Marcus Williams he has to be pretty good."
Thought the same thing when I read it. Still do...
Oh year and by the way, Go Marcus and make us proud.
Thats how I read that. I'm interested to see on Saturday if he's the starter. I'm willing to bet that if he isn't, he's out there in the nickle just so the scouts can see how he does in that position. I still think that after this is done that his big money maker will be at the combine. I think he's bigger than people think he is and he plays bigger than he is.
