    It makes sense that Randy would take even a lateral move to Fargo. A friend of mine very familiar with his family told me that his wife has been in Fargo for almost a year. Her mother is very ill and has been with her.

    I think coming home to ND was a big one. Our SIU coaches are well paid (especially for what they have produced the last four years!), so it wasn't money

    A Randy Hedberg hire is a very smart move on the part of NDSU. North Dakota native, college player and coach. Very good name recognition and has established relationships with high schools in ND & MN. He will take over Vigen's recruiting role. Our new staff will now have that North Dakota connection which is so important.
