This is why I wear earplugs at the games. I know I've already lost some hearing (though not tested for it) thanks to my stupidity in my early years at SU. (ie: band/drumline)

dont like it, do go to them then. i remember back in the 90s there was a noise penalty in college football and nfl. if the opposing qb couldnt "hear", the refs warned the crowd. if they did it again the crowd would be penalized. happened in a lions game. thank god they got rid of that rule
