I don't believe Bohl and company are crossing any lines here. If they were offering players that had already verbally committed to us, that would be different. These players had been offered but had not committed. Big difference in my opinion.
"Wyoming called today i feel so good ! lol"
There are so many ways a person could take this. Where as if he left out the lol at the end, it wouldn't have the ambiguity of what is he laughing at? Is he simply just joyful? Or was he laughing at Wyoming?
With a scheduled visit ahead, I would tend to believe he was joyful at feeling wanted. Whatever happens for the kid, good luck to him.
Slik maybe form your personal view, which is fine. I respect it!
However, AS TD stated the contract Bohl signed stated interest in....most would argue this means offered a and those that verbal. If Bohl did not want to abide by the contract, he should not have signed it.

As none of us are close enough to know there could be a gentle and agreement between Bohl and Klieman on who was going after who and who is going to be hands off or it could be a good old rootin tootin free for all.
Since these guys are all D-players and the most sought after player is one that Coach K was recruiting himself, I would guess not. More likely a FU I got my program you got yours. The issue is all of the Scout work was done on SU's dime. In a normal employment situation the employer would own all of that work (yeah, I know this is not the same). If I were GT, I would make sure that no pay is/was given to any coach that overtly worked for WY while here on SU's dime.
