Things have to play out with the super conferences before anything could even be considered. I think what happens will be dictated to NDSU more so than it will be a choice. Things will probably be pretty black and white once this happens. Status quo in FBS means stay where we are. Separation of the Big conferences probably means move into what's left of FBS which will essentially be FCS anyway.
Bison fans are blessed. Enjoy it.

One other thing.... All the people who are gunning for an FBS move, should probably go out with their buddies and buy basketball tickets as well. Assuming the Mountain West is the Goal, NDSU would rank near the bottom in basketball attendance (if what I saw yesterday was correct). An FBS conference isn't just buying a football team, they are buying the entire package and basketball is a huge part of that.

    Basketball Average Attendance
    Air Force - 2671
    Boise St. - 6394
    Colorado St. - 5440
    Fresno St. - 7042
    Hawaii - 6231
    Nevada - 6634
    New Mex - 15022
    San Jose St. - 1463
    SDSU - 12414
    UNLV - 15196
    Utah State - 7937
    Wyoming - 5615

If those are just football numbers, we are no where on the list. If it is the athletic department in general, I have to think the 2013 number would be around that 117th place. It's hard out here for a pimp.

I can see you don't have kids. See, this is the part where we play along with the make-believe story. We should ask some questions about his break, etc.
