    Furthermore, the "out of state" students that attend ndsu (95+% of them anyway) are on campus, contributing to the local economy and tax base. Perhaps he should target a different institution where 15+% of "attendees" never set foot on campus... Or better yet, just have another cheeseburger at the dq and insert himself in the rob portapotty.

    Steve Walker and Drago are two out of state graduates that have remained in Fargo and have become quite successful in their business endeavors in a short time. They are just a couple of many. Where do you think that many of the young employees at Microsoft came from. I wonder what the percentage of students in the UN_ Aerospace Program are from out of the country? Not too many American kids want to spend $125,000.00 for a $10 an hour job.
