NDSU doesn't decide which games count. The NCAA did that. They changed the rule a number of years back to include post season games in season and career records.
Vraa has participated in 10 post-season games. If you take those out he'd be 3rd in receiving yards behind Heckendorf and McDonald, 3rd in receptions behind Heckendorf and White, and tied-3rd with McDonald for TD's behind Strehlow and Kretchman.
