UNI defeated next week's opponent 22-20 on a last second field goal. Guess Illinois State is not so bad after all and UNI still has some life in 'em.
Still have to win next week to win the MVFC, but this definitely helps the Bison.

implication is bigger concerning the seeding verses the auto bid. Assume we lose and then both win out. I think we seed no lower than 2.

I really don't see this as being good for us. I feel with this loss they will play with more motivation, more "fire in the belly" if you will. They will show that they have something to prove. If anything, YSU losing this week just made it that much harder for us to go undefeated this season.
