am I the only one who thinks his mom is kind of good looking? I mean I used to live in that part of the country and they are few and far between.

What an incredible example. So many people in Brock's position can't put enough glory on themselves- What "I" have done, and how good "I" am doing... but he has consistently shifted the focus from his own accolades onto his teammates, onto the fans and most admirably- onto God. It's because of selfless attitudes like these that we are such a good "team" and its because of men like Brock that I am so proud to be a fan of the North Dakota State Bison- on and off the field.

    Amen Brother!

I do think that Brock could easily win the payton, the same way Edwards won after a 3-peat. There will be intangibles considered too, and no one beat him in that area.

It's all about teamwork and playing for the name on the front of the jersey. I always assumed that NDSU and some other teams don't put names on the back to emphasize teamwork instead of saving a little money by not having to print and sew patches with the names.
It's OK to not be OK.

Haven't the last 2 Walter Payton winners end up accepting the award dressed in street clothes at halftime while Brock is busy winning the Championship game, not to mention one that we specifically beat in playoffs?!? I think Brock would take what he has had the last 2 years any day over the Walter Payton. If he can do both I'll be extremely happy for him but doesn't look like a very likely scenario at this point (Walter Payton part).

With that said all Brock cares about is winning in Frisco and honestly that is all that matters.
Obviously Brock needs to throw more 4th quarter touchdown passes when we're up by 7 TDs

Yep. Carson would have been in at the Half and the run game would have come out to keep the clock going. One trick ponies don't last long. Especially those with inflated stats.

Here we go. Frisco is still like 10 weeks away. Do we really need to start disrespecting this guy already?

If most outstanding offensive player means the #1 guy in the FCS I'd want at QB with one drive and my life depending on it, then Brock is in good shape.
