Greg welcome to NDSU. This upcoming class of verbals is awesome.
GO BISON!!!!!!!!!!!!
I could not be more excited about him joining this class, and the class as a whole. I was told..."We got him? He verballed to us? Sweet, that kid can get after it." Sounded very excited! Love how this class it turning out. He had quite the offer list. Welcome to NDSU! You will be a champion!
Everyone just relax, all right? Believe me, if there's one thing Ron Burgundy knows, it's women.

Check out that offer list. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I love that he had an offer to play at Harvard. I am guessing that means he knows how to do more than just rush the passer. Stand up young man! Congrats again! Welcome to the Bisonation! Congrats to our staff, who is just KILLING IT on the recruiting trail right now.
I am reading a ton about this kid right now, this one may be a top recruit when this class is all said and done. I just got pretty excited. I sort of feel like Gabe right now...(Gabe, relax).

I just saw he has a 4.01 GPA, and wants to go into engineering. In my John Gruden voice...."I like this guy."

Well, the name Menard pretty much fits in with the theme we have going on.....Stick, Woods, Plank, Board. Why wood he knot commit to NDSU?
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.Bob Lutz, The Wichita Eagle, August 30th, 2013
I saw the Harvard offer and that made me pretty giddy about this kid. I saw his 2nd position is OLB. What are the odds he plays that instead of DE? Looks like he has the quickness to play either. Great get coaches! Keep up the great work! Might turn out to be this senior class' replacements the way things are shaping up.

I am so sick of the Bison already. Win this, win that, blah, blah, blah. I'd really, really like to know how they do it. I swear they have to be the luckiest sob's on the planet. Just sick of this bs, just fed up.
Here is a Gopherhole interview with Greg from a month ago....

No doubt. But he doesn't fit the BCS model, right? Too short, only 6' 1-2" tall. They want 6'3" at Minnesota as a bare minimum, and hopefully taller. If you listen to any Goopher game on the radio, they frequently mention Amaefula and how well he plays, "despite being too short to play DE". Amaefula is 6'2" and is arguably their best DL after Hageman.
