Easton Stick will be like Fran Tarkenton.. if Fran Tarkenten had been on a good team. Think about how cool that would be dude?

That’s like a good motto for him man. His agent should use that more.

Is there any kind of limit on assistants in the NFL? If not, it would seem to be a more prudent option to just cut Daniel and hire him as assistant QBs coach or something? Roster spots are pretty precious in the NFL with only 53 of them (and only 48 active on game day) so you'd think chewing one up with a glorified coach wouldn't make a lot of sense when you could use that spot to strengthen depth/special teams at a position where backups routinely play (unlike QB).

As of 2015, there didn't appear to be a limit with the number of assistant coaches ranging from 23-15 across the NFL. https://www.foxnews.com/sports/nfl-e...know-no-limits

That plan would probably depend on whether or not any of the other 31 teams were interested in rostering him and/or his desire to coach somewhere else in the event no team wanted him as a player.

    OMG, Easton vs Jabril ,

Easton throwing bombs, except the first pass that was an INT. The last pass in the red zone was dropped, if the WR dived it would be a TD.

Easton looking good. Even that int wasnt ugly. Sailed a bit but the wr didn’t even try to make a play on the ball.

He was hit as he threw that pass, his OLine Pipkins I think was sloppy.

Easton just needs a chance. He is every bit as good as 90% of the NFL starters.
