Can't wait for Easton to get a chance. I've always had a feeling he will be a very, very successful career backup QB. One thing he did so much better than Carson was protecting himself. You just did not see guys ever destroy him with big shots; that will serve him well in the NFL.

Poor Carson literally looks like Wade Wilson late in his career. He had happy feet and looked terrified.

Chargers coach fired. Hopefully that doesn’t impact Easton too much. I know the coaching staff were high on him.

It didn't help to not have a preseason this year. I worry whether his value will fall dramatically now, since he hasn't had meaningful game time since 2019.
