Most people are smart enough to take that instead of 40k in debt
You don't think a Northern Sun school would snap give them a scholarship if they left NDSU?

Reasons for attrition: 1) Act like morons and get kicked off the team. 2) get super busy and decide they just don't want to play 3) are getting buried on the depth chart and transfer or quit

That was out of line IMO. He put on the jersey and he gave a lot to the program. He was also back in Frisco for the first game so it's not like he didn't give a shit.

Agreed. That was a terrible comment. We wouldn't have made the playoffs in 2010 without his efforts like in the Youngstown game. That playoff run did a lot for the program. Once a Bison, always a Bison!

People are acting like it's criminal that people are transferring so they can play rather than be the 3rd string QB.

The fact is very few kids have what it takes to play QB at the D1 level. I'd rather have too many QB's then none. I want a kid who is willing to compete and go out and win the job whether it's in practice or a game. Not someone who is afraid of competition or doesn't have the confidence to win the job anyway. Now if a kid who is currently on the team and wants to transfer because he doesn't think he will get a shot then I wish him the best. The bottom line is if you have the talent and the right attitude you will play!

Your correct I edited it...not nice on my part and I have no problem with someone transferring out to be able to play.

No shit. Jose may not have been one of the all time greats but he is a former Bison that came all the way from California to give D1 football a shot. He started some big wins like Kansas, Youngstown last minute drive, and Montana State and was a great leader even as a backup. His height/weight wasn't ideal but he could scramble.
