Herbert plays pretty physically but he's also been pretty durable in doing so. I'm not sure that ES will get to see the field much unless they start trying to get him reps on gadget plays...although the entire league has seen what that does to QB depth so maybe the Chargers are smarter than that. FWIW, though, I think Stick is about as durable as they come at the QB position.

Yep, odds are he finally sees the field for some meaningful reps which is exactly what he needs to cement himself as a #2. I could see him playing longer than Carson if he can just get a shot. he will never be the impact player Carson was, but he very well could play longer.
