    O-line sucked.

Volson was his center while he was in the game.

I remember Carson throwing a few low passes when he was pressured in his first year too. Stick just has to clean up his mechanics under pressure a bit and get those passes to the right spot. His line wasn’t doing him any favors, but Stick wasn’t doing his receivers any favors either.

Line play looked awful for Tyrod and Stick. I turned the game off when Cardale was in so I could play with my kids. Was the line play better for him or was he just a beast?

Little of both, the running game was picking up 3-4 yards per play, so the Saints defense couldn't just focus on Jones.

I am thinking that Stick was instructed to not run the ball himself no matter what.

I’d like to think you are right. I’m also thinking he was having a hard time hearing the coach in his helmet. One series end he came over to Whisenhunt and was pointing to his helmet earhole.

Still a bit confused why he took that delay of game penalty though. Seems out of character for him.
    Don't believe everything you think.
