I would say too late in the game. Two years of struggles so far. If they continue to suck I would say Bohl's staff has two years left at the most.

Heard this morning that not only did Zach Duval leave Wyoming for UCF, but his whole strength staff did as well. #MWfb

Coach Kramer does a really great job. Hopefully the Wyoming Vortex of Despair doesn't suck him in.
Money talks, but sometimes other things are more valuable.
Wyoming is no Alabama but 'Bama upped the salary for their S&C coach to $600,000 per year. Not exactly bad pocket change for a non-coaching position where being borderline crazy is considered an admirable resume trait (not saying Mr Kramer is crazy...have no idea who he is, just see the results on field). The point is money is being thrown toward these guys at the top levels of college football. For all the love of Fargo that might exist, a potential of a huge % pay raise speaks quite loudly no matter who you might be.
Hope he makes as much as Entz and Polasek, as I think what he does is as important as their contributions.
I like the fact that the players readily acknowledge the value Jim adds, see the importance of this aspect of their practice/training, and loudly sing his praises.
Wasn't Bohl just at the legislature begging to keep Wyoming supported by state money as they needed that to support their S&C department?
