gameday crew just ripped apart fcs. Basically said was terrible for FBS to play against FCS. kirk said they should just give the fcs schools their paycheck and not play the game. All this while the are hosting gameday at fcs venue. I really don't believe any of the praise they give for Ndsu tobbe honest. It's all for show.

What NDSU has done is pretty cool, but these games are generally a waste of time. Bama vs. West Carolina? Really?

Agree 100%. You could probably make an argument for unranked teams - but no legitimate contender in a power conference has any business scheduling any FCS teams whatsoever. We hear the groans against D2 teams it's the same thing.

But if Idaho St makes the playoffs, like some people think will happen if they win, people will schedule DII and Canadian teams now because it works.

With 124 FCS programs, there really is no reason for D2 schools or Canadian teams. In the case of Simon Fraser, isn't it both? But we all know scheduling willing opponents at the FCS level is not always so easy.

Although, if the University of Manitoba was consistently Canada's best college program and it wasn't such a leap to play by different rules, I think it would be cool to have a Bison vs. Bison matchup once in a while.
