Absolutely nowhere. I was curious to see if there was any pattern. Can't see one at first glance. They normally go to different places, but sometimes they don't. Read some quotes from OTR producers that said CGD focuses on the game, while OTR focuses on the location. But that may just have been for this last week when they both broadcasted from the same place.

Isn't this like missing out on the NCAA March Madness tourney and getting an invite to the NIT...or ordering Mountain Dew at a restaurant and then being told that all we have is Mello Yello? Seems like a letdown, but then again we set those expectations based on the last couple years. If we hadn't had GameDay before, we'd be going crazy. This will still be good publicity for the school and I hope lots of people show up...and hopefully my perspective changes over the week and I get excited about it.

Agree with everything you said except Mello Yello is highly superior to mountain dew (or any other soft drink for that matter), and it's not close.

Was really hoping for UNI to come to Fargo for a game that would push the winner toward the top of the rankings.

So we probably were the next option for Gameday this week. Utah having a great start to the season makes it totally understandable why they are going there. Question now is...is there another week where NDSU has a shot? Obviously there are more bigger games in the FBS with conference games starting. But wondering if people are still looking at the upcoming weeks to see if there is still a chance.

There is always a chance....I'm sure we are top in the emergency fail safe category...weather disaster etc

Oct 17th....Gameday basically a lock for MSU-Michigan.
Nov 7th...LSU-Bama...Florida State-Clemson are some massive games that week
Nov 21...TCU-Oklahoma...MSU-Ohio State

I would say it doesn't look promising
