Sacramento (Davis) scouting report

The weather in Sacramento is currently rainy. The forecast says showers possible today and tomorrow with the rain moving out of the area for the weekend.

For those heading to the Holiday Inn in Sacramento this weekend, the hotel and its location makes up for all of the crappy places that the Bison have traveled to this fall. Old Sacramento is one block west of the hotel and just a short 100 feet or so east of the hotel is a micro brewery! [smiley=beer.gif] [smiley=beer.gif] [smiley=beer.gif]

You guys got here about two weeks too late. We were baking in the sun for the game against SUU. It was even really warm last week. The rain just started this week

Latest forecast is 10% chance of showers and 69 deg for Saturday. It will be a lot nicer than Cal Poly at Montana. Old Sacramento has a lot of tourist attractions including the California State Railroad Museum and several museums related to the 1849 Gold Rush and early California history. It's also not far from the state capitol and K Street Mall.
