I have 80 Mbps and pages here are really loading slow. Are we getting extra traffic because of the KSU win? If so I'm fine with it.

I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

It was fine on my end. Maybe the United States Postal System took over your puter for a while.
It got really slow but at least it did not crash.
Hey...if it was slow because of the extra traffic due to the win...that could be a good thing!

It appears the magic number is 500 users. I think BV peaked at about 550 last night(that's when it was slowest) and the servers really bogged down. Once it hit 450 it was back to normal. I was watching a couple KState boards at the same time and they were also about ready to crash.
I saw 588 online when it was the slowest for me.

My 5 mbps were at a crawl last night...............
Thread resurrection....
Anyone ever wonder about the forum "search" function? I can put in the exact title of the thread and sometimes its not even on the first page of the results.
For example...I was just looking for the thread titled "uni tickets" so I put that in the search engine...and the results showed it nearly at the bottom of the list.
Edit...IF I Put in "UNI Tickets" with capital letters it is the first result. weird.
Not a problem...just wonder why it works that way.

Searching without quotes will search for each word independently so you are going to get threads that include UNI or tickets. There are a ton of those. But if you put it in quotes "UNI tickets" it's looking for that specific string of characters including the space.
