    Default What's on your KSU tailgate menu?

    We're doing marinated chicken kabobs, steak and salmon. Also going to have a little hummus & cracker combination on deck, because I'm all about hummus right now, haha sooo good. Trying to keep a healthy theme going with a fruit salad on the side with maybe some corn on the cob. Great food at the pregame tailgate adds to the overall experience in my opinion. Tell me what you've got planned, and if I've got a little room left, I might have to swing by and snag a sample. Go Bison!!!

    I was in a Manhattan pub a couple weeks ago and their Ethos IPA is really nice. Not Surly Furious, but pretty darn good.

    Smoked bbq pork loin, beans with smoked wild turkey, another side and dessert. Even an appearance by Bacon. Plenty of barley pop.
