    Not sure how many stories KFYR does about the Bison but I'd imagine that the Hazen Bison get more air time than NDSU. Maybe that will change with the new contract - Kolpack wrote that NDSU is getting a percentage of advertising revenue which means that KFYR has an incentive to promote the broadcasts; something they might not have had with the "NDSU pays to put the game on TV and the collects all the ad revenue" model.
    Bismarck is lucky if they get game highlights on KXMB (CBS) and a score on KFYR with no highlights, but every Who game gets highlights even during hoops season. The coverage of NDSU in Bismarck is Meh at best. The SID has done awesome and pushed for statewide TV coverage of games, how about some state wide updates. GF even has a radio bit they do, how hard would it be to get a 60 second radio bit once a week pushing all your sports, not just football.

    I was wondering the samething as you but realize that NDSU offers all homes via all access if ESPN3 is not available. I did find that SDSU, SIU and YSU offer streaming video, though they require a purchase, usually $10 or less. I really hope that your carrier offers ESPN3 in your area as that would make your life much easier.

    Date Event Location Time/Network(s)^
    8/30/2013 North Dakota State at Kansas State Manhattan, KS 7:30 p.m. Fox1 - From what I can tell after talking to the ticket office is that they are working on a deal to get access to the NDSU market somehow, maybe an allaccess premium area. I might call Jeremy Jorgenson on monday and see what he says.

    I have comcast internet and thus espn 3. So did I misread something...are all home games on espn3? Trying to minimize costs here with all access, Sportspack and indiviual away games through that schools provider. Looking at KTF's post above I shoudl be covered with all access and ESPn3 with the exception of the SDSU game???? the rest all either have ESPN3 or all access listed.
    I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

    Last year I got the usd game via midcon webcast, it was horrible. The commentators were three plays ahead of the video feed. I hope this year it is better.

    According to this tweet, there are two additions to the TV schedule so I've update the post above (additions are green and bold): https://twitter.com/NDSUbroadcast/st...82985217384449

    Not trying to be overly pedantic here, but the tweet says FSN Plus. That's the alternate channel. Still a great job since most providers carry both, but the channel number is different. For DirecTV it's 652-1, and Dish has it on 9581. (That's HD for both)

    ++++++++++++++++++++++Stellar work, Mr. Jorgenson.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++++++

    Too bad SDSU has that Midco contract, as I would think FSN would have picked that up too. Pretty sure this will even receive the coveted SDbison seal of approval.
