I always thought that Game 6 of the '87 World Series, when Hrbek hit the Grand slam, set that 125 db record, but apparently it was sometime in game 2?
When Hrbek hit that granny, the Metrodome floor literally shook. Not just a little either, it was like if you turned a speaker on its side and watched it vibrate! It was that loud!
Somehow, we Bison fans can up our game and set a new record!
I personally think Jensens TD run against GSU was the loudest I ever experienced! It helped though being the crowd was dead silent holding our collective breath's too!

It should be noted that decibels are not measured in a linear fashion. For every 10 decibels, the intensity doubles. For instance, 120 dbs is twice as loud as 110 dbs.
