    Default Congrats to the bunnies

Hate to say it, but the Jacks did something pretty impressive this year. Only 11 DI schools made the post season in football, MBB & baseball. SDSU was the only FCS school on the list. They also won this year's Summit League Commissioner's Cup(Bison took the women's award as usual). Hopefully the NDSU will do both things next year.

They can put this award next to their National Championship tro...next to the Dakota Ma...next to the "We beat NDSU in football three times a row once" trophy.

if you took this amazing accomplishment, and tallied up their wins...NDSU still had more post season wins.

Love the banter! The Jacks will proudly take home this award for a very, very good in competition and in the classroom. We're very excited about our future and look forward to continuing to get better.

I happen to love how SDSU and NDSU are dominating the Summit League. I don't think the league saw this coming but it was my prediction from the beginning.

Looking forward to renewing the rivalry in all its forms in the fall!

Given that UND & NDSU fans frequently argue about which school is more widely known, the publicity obtained from losing on national broadcast TV in the first round should not escape your notice.

I'm happy to support a well run organization. Pretty boring, but hey, I like good management. $14M budget, good academics, scandals are few and far between, active community support, stable coaching, and a respectable record on the field. Pretty tough to do that year in and year out--to know who you are, and try to be that instead of trying to be something you're not.

BTW: USD finished 3rd in the Commissioner's Cup, and one of their T&F athletes just won the women's pole vault national championship.... Not bad results for the Dakota schools.
