We got a good one this year, Clarense Thomas from AZ, 6.2 190lbs RB he came here and even verbal'd for us but then he went to Utah as PWO.

We also went after another good kid in AZ but that kid got 10 different offers and went to Portland or Nevada, I dont remember.

Our scouts are looking at the right kids but I wish our Marketing guys added more shine to pump up these potential recruits.

i don't know why morlock has so little cred with some. I think he will be very good.

this year it will be ojuri (sr), crocket (jr), lang(sr)/anderson (so) morlock (redshirting)
next year it will be crocket(sr) anderson(jr) morlock (rfr) and likely two redshirting freshmen
the year after morlock(so) anderson(sr) and the aforementioned two rfr, and well as a redshirting freshmen

if necessary, there is always juco, but i doubt it will come to that.

I'm guessing for 2013 we will be fine although I bet Lang gets more snaps than most would expect. But at this very second if Crockett goes down with any type of injury (he wasn't exactly healthy this last season) our depth looks very questionable at best.

Of course we do. Comments I heard were in regards to him on the scout team. If he was that good in fall camp he would not have been buried on the depth chart and been a scout team back. Don't you think the best back our defense has seen all year would have at least cracked our rotation during mop up duty?

He wasn't here the spring prior.

He couldn't make the depth chart as with a transfer up he has to sit out a year

TBH (and this is unfair) the kid gets limited cred because:

    A) he white
    B) he's local
Now this is the law of the prairie
As old and as true as the sky
And the Bison that keep it will prosper
And the Bison that break it will die
As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk
This law is the final word:
For the strength of the Herd is the Bison
And the strength of the Bison is the Herd.

Grothmann or Bonnet...like we did with Roehl.
