Default GDT: Quarterfinal Matchup vs UMKC

Alright postseason play starting tonight against UMKC. The Bison are heavy favorites tonight and shouldnt have to much trouble from the Roos. However we saw IUPUI give SDSU a little scare yesterday. Will be important to come out early and bury them and not let them hand around and hope.

    Game starts at 8:30pm.

    Cableone: 306

Midco also had a free link that streams the games.

    Go Bison!

The Bison are 17 1/2 point favorites per LVH.

I think the team is going to come out with a lot energy tonight and win by 20. With Bjorklund having a big game.

Bison need to come out with a lot of energy in all their tourney games and play as much of their bench as possible. Also, I hope the bunnies get a scare in their game on Monday and as usual play little of their bench. On Tuesday if NDSU comes out aggressive and makes SDSU run the bunnies will get worn out and lose. Of course, Saul would have to quit telling Bison players to pass and dribble the ball around the perimeter for 15 seconds before they can shoot. I really think this Bison team can play good enough defense to allow a more open offense. Seems in the tougher games NDSU gets too tight on offense and goes into scoring droughts. The slow down game then works against them.

First things first, win tonight. Bison haven't won a Summit tourney game since Woody hit that jumper with 3.3 left. We need to come out strong and flex our muscle a little bit and show we are the team to beat. I think if Braun comes out and has a big game, the team will feed off that. Let's do it Bison.

Would anyone take the bison at 17.5?

I wouldn't take us at 17.5. I do think we will win by double digits, but that's too big of a spread.

We are going to win the tourney. I have no doubt.

I still think SDSU is the team to beat, not us. Wolters is playing in his own back yard...in his final collegiate season...in front of a large 'home' crowd. I would love to be wrong. But I'm not. Just sayin!

Might be a bit high, I think we'll win by about 15.
