Only reason i go to Scout is because of Jason Jewell. Otherwise they are pretty consistant on getting NDSU offers and interest incorrect.

I am 100% positive the offer is not from NDSU

From what I saw over at the SS it sounds like muffman is outdoing himself with offers. Looks like they have already offered every junior in HS. The whole thing just appears to be more desperation on un_'s part.
