Won't happen because Coach Bohls contract has a clause forbidding him from contacting NDSU recruits for 1 year. He's an honest guy and is a friend of Gene Taylor so he will respect it. Plus he could be opening himself up to lawsuits

Bwahaha. It can't be enforced. Everyone knows that. Bohl is the wyoming coach now and will take recruits because that gives him the best chance to win. Even the beat writer for wyo is saying the same.

Non compete clauses are iffy but it can be enforced and will. I doubt Bohl or the WYO athletic department wants to open themselves up to lawsuits. Besides Bohl is an honest guy and let's face it, he's going to Wyoming, not Alabama! Just because he likes it doesn't mean the recruits would.

how can you enforce it Gabe?? if say Easton Stick calls Bohl it's perfectly legal for him to say hey yeah if you want to play in Wyoming I'll give you a shot

Isn't that cute, a MW FBS school having to rely on FCS MVFC recruits. If they wanted to play in no atmosphere they could still commit 70 miles north I suppose as well as WY.

I dont think any of the guys we have verbals from had offers from Wyoming except for a few we have offers on but no verbal. Wyoming tried to sue the Breckenridge MN Cowboys for using their logo... just saying

How is recruiting a trademark lawsuit? Can't be enforced. Sorry
