Location didnt help the Rams much- just warmer weather for fans to watch a loss.

No publicly funded stadium ever had a chance in San Diego. It needed a 2/3 majority, I don't think Green Bay could meet that standard much less San Diego. Spanos didn't really want to move in with Kroenke but he didn't have any other good options. Sucks for San Diego but at least it's not like St. Louis where the city sold their soul for the NFL 20 years ago only to be abandoned with a new stadium plan on the table. The city knew the stakes and said no.

Moving into a 27,000 seat stadium is just stupid. The NFL refused to let the Bears move to Wrigley during the Soldier Field rebuild because it was too small. Goodell just seems to make things up as he goes along these days.

I read some where that the silly charges owner is spending more money to move the charges then he offered to put towards a new stadium in San Diego. Just pay for the new stadium in San Diego yourself you tight billionaire dumbass!
