    Default No Spring Game?

Did I read that right on the Forum website today? Bohl may not have the Spring game because the kids need rest more? I'm not sure I've ever seen that before.

Several Bison football players need to address injuries after another long season...
Thirty games will be felt this month in the name of several injuries that will be addressed with either rest or some type of surgery. It’s to the point that head coach Craig Bohl said he’s not certain if the Bison will play their annual spring game.

The comment and quote from the story:

It’s to the point that head coach Craig Bohl said he’s not certain if the Bison will play their annual spring game.

“I told our marketing people, everybody thinks we’re going to have a spring game,” Bohl said. “I’d like to think we are, but you never know.”

He said, "I'd like to think we are, but you never know."

The Spring Game weekend has become a large event...I expect some sort of "game" (even in some sort of different form) to be held.

Maybe its time for Bisonville to step up. We've always talked about our flag football game. Im sure we could pack the place.
I don't care how the vote ended up. They still suck and always will.

I would guess that they'll still have it but they may just have offense against defense instead of splitting into two teams with offense/defense on each. I know some schools do it that way and the defense gets points for forcing punts, sacks, turnovers, etc.

They could do an alumni game like MSUM. I'd pay to see PL, CAS and others strap on the gear again!

I understand that writers gotta write but what a weird thing to say coming off such a successful season. The fans can't get enough so a wait and see approach would play better in the press.
