    Default Grant Olson

Was he hurt tonight or was he not out there due to the defensive package we were in?? Seemed like he didn't play much or at all the 4th quarter or maybe earlier. In fact, didn't even have a helmet on or even in hand a few times when I was looking for him on the sideline. Which says to me concussion?? My opinion, he is the one person we can least afford to lose due to injury.

Pre-game, I saw him talking to one of the NDSU doctors/ trainers, to me it seemed like he was explaining some discomfort in his upper thigh/groin region. Pure speculation, but he still had a hell of a game.

Noticed he wasnt out there much too, but did spot him right on the sidelines and did not appear to be injured. Pretty sure it was just package play.

I actually saw him make a special teams tackle in the second half which surprised, but is suppose he may have replaced dinwiddie.

They did switch that up a bit today. I noticed one nickel package where it was Grant and Travis at LB. Pierre was the 5th DB.

I thought Grant might have hurt a hand or wrist on a run play in the first half.

I noticed him go off the field in the 4th quarter and the training staff was looking at his calf. They were stretching it out on the sidelines but he never did get back on the field. Didn't look too serious.

The good thing from this is that the backup came in and took care of the football.

A very good interview by Grant Olson, boy he has some gravitas in his personality.
