Though it may be hard to believe, ESPN's Mason Kelley reported that Rehkow doesn't have a single scholarship offer from a major Division I school. At the moment the kicker reportedly only has a partial scholarship offer from Eastern Washington.
Pretty solid kick! I was at the K-State game where Martin Gramatica kicked a 65-yard fg before the half against Northern Illinois back in '98 and it was bizarre seeing him kick from the wrong side of midfield
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.

That made #2 in SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays today. Shoulda made #1 but the Detroit Tigers going to the WS got that.

Here's the story I posted on AGS a few hours ago -- the other team's sophomore qb is Mark Rypien's nephew...

"In the same game, Shadle Park quarterback Brett Rypien broke the state's single-game passing record by throwing for 577 yards. The previous record was held by Monroe's Joey Roppo, who threw for 516 yards in 2010. Rypien's uncle is Mark Rypien, the former Washington State and NFL quarterback."
