So it's not what you say it's what you mean!

Forgot about DII game. Think you r correct with what you "meant", but Farley seems to be the Holmgren of FCS so one never knows, but expanded PO's and what other teams do could play role.

After reading the funny thread on AGS about the idiot who tried to submit a really stupid poll(see the preposterous statement thread), I did a little math on the AGS poll. Kinda funny thing: either they love NDSU(96% gave a 1st place vote) or they really don't(the other four votes averaged below 4th place).

Let's see about the other polls:
    TSN - #1: 92.3%; average of rest: a little above 3rd place
    Coaches': #1: 100%

I've been working on my own FCS computer poll, and this week the teams are finally all linked. Here's the week 5 output. It's still not all that accurate, but it should improve as the weeks progress.

And just how do you figure Cal Poly is 2 spots better than us????

The only logical explanation is that you got NDSU mixed up with UND. Remember, it was UND that lost to Cal Poly, mainly because the sioux don't believe in defense, just moral victories.

Right now it is giving Cal Poly a much higher strength of schedule. That should correct itself after the next couple weeks. The algorithm I am using only looks at the strength of past opponents.

Did you program in a Cal-Poly win over San Diego State, when it should have been the Univ of San Diego.
