UNI ranked is an absolute joke. There is no excuse for them being in any poll. Sure; you can try to by saying their only loses are to 2 Big 10 schools and the #1 and #3 teams in FCS. But at some point you have to step back and realize that they are 1-4 with only a DII win to show for it. They can't make the playoffs so shouldn't be ranked. (They could still win the Valley autobid if they run the table and both NDSU and Younstown both lose 3 games). Not holding my breath.

They beat San Diego, who is 1-2 (only win was non-DI). They only play one non-conference game in their 10 game season.

Well the #26 team also can't make the playoffs.

So, any of the Ivy teams they beat have any good non-conf wins?

If Bye goes +2 in turnovers against UNI the Panthers will drop out of the polls.

I sure hope Farley has them on his planning horizon. It would not look good for the conference if they have any problems against this team.

BTW, just what division are these Bye dudes in? I have seen them in BCS, FBS, FCS, DII, DIII, NAIA, and even High School.

I don't see any. Ivy teams suck from top to bottom. I'd say UNI's DII win is about as impressive as any Ivy non-conference wins.

What's the point of wishing UNI were ranked lower? Wouldn't it just diminish the quality of our 12 point victory in their building?
